Welcome
The Department
of Business Economics is charged with the responsibility
for teaching and investigating in the areas of
Marketing & Market Research, Financial Economics
& Accounting and Management & Organisation.
It is located on the Faculty of Economic and Business
Studies of the Autonomous University of Barcelona,
at the self - contained campus at Bellaterra,
25 km. from the City, and also on the School of
Business Studies (EUEE)
and Computer Studies (EUIS),
both situated in the nearby town of Sabadell.
The Department
offers, in addition to its Business Administration
Degree, various Undergraduate and Graduate degree
programmes as well as Doctorate studies preparing
teaching and research staff and management professionals.
Since 1989,
the Department has encouraged intensive interaction
with the industrial and business communities through
its Graduate Co-operative "University-Enterprise"
programme (UE).
